/surveys/{survey_id}Retrieve Survey
Retrieve a survey with all questions, participation status, and unanswered questions.
Each question includes answered: true/false. The response includes participation_status (pending/completed/skipped) and unanswered_questions (list of required question IDs not yet answered).
This is the main endpoint for rendering the survey form — no need to call /status separately.
Requires: Bearer token, X-Country header.
