Create Country

Dedicated create-country route, mirroring create payment-intent / invoice / quote: the application is resolved from the session auth-context (no :id in the path). Lean body { country (ISO 3166-1 alpha-2), default_currency, presets? }. Reuses the same service as the legacy nested POST /applications/:id/countries — currency validation, provider-routing auto-seed, and live+test credential provisioning are identical. The nested 'Create' below is kept for the e2e harness.

This endpoint is deprecated and no longer be used.
