Service Account
GET
/service_accountsList
List all service accounts for the current application.
Returns id, email, publishable_key, active, default, created_at for each service account. secret_key is NEVER returned on reads (Stripe convention) — recovery is via roll_key.
Requires: Bearer token, X-Country header, AAL2.
