/bank_accounts/{bank_account_id}Delete Bank Accounts
Delete a bank account.
Deletes the local row from bank_accounts (and any attached recipients via FK cascade). Does NOT call back out to Wise to delete the recipient on Wise's side — that side becomes orphaned and is reconciled out-of-band.
Requires: Bearer token, X-Country header.
