/pricesList
List prices with pagination, filtering, and search.
Filterable: id, product_id, application_country_id, currency, recurring_interval, usage_type, reference_id, created_at, updated_at.
Searchable (q): currency, reference_id.
Typical usage: fetch all prices for a product via filter[product_id]={product_id}.
Requires: Bearer token, X-Country header.
