/subscriptions/{subscription_id}/pausePause
PauseSubscriptionDTO — pause_behavior one of keep_as_draft|mark_uncollectible|void; optional resumes_at. Auto-added to mirror the backend route. Body/params are placeholders derived from the handler DTO.
