/onetime/payment_link/statusPoll Payment Link Status (Hosted)
Customer-facing settle poll (after a PromptPay / 3DS pay). Token-as-credential (?token=). Returns { object, paid } (object = payment_link_status); paid is derived live from the target. No payability gate here — a settled link still reports paid:true so the page learns it succeeded. Rate limit: 240/min per IP.
