GET
/charges/{id}/refund_methodsList Refund Methods
Returns exactly one method, source: a refund always goes back to the original payment method (refund to a wallet balance was removed). When the charge's provider has no refund API, available is false and unavailable_reason says why; refund the customer outside Paycose.
