Subscription schedule events
subscription_schedule.* events are reserved for a future feature and not sent yet.
None of the seven subscription_schedule.* events (.created, .updated,
.canceled, .completed, .released, .expiring, .aborted) are sent by the
platform today. They're reserved for a future multi-phase subscription feature.
