}coupon.updated uses the same shape.
coupon.deleted sends an empty data: {}. coupon.created/coupon.updated can
also arrive in an inconsistent shape when synced in from a provider rather than created
via the API — if your integration relies on that path, fetch the coupon by id instead
of trusting data directly.
